Who We’re Looking For
The Ideal eMiner Mentor
We’re seeking seasoned professionals and industry leaders who bring both expertise and heart — people committed to developing local enterprise and advancing Zambia’s green economy.
- Professionals with 4+ years of experience in mining, green-tech, ESG, finance, business development, or policy.
- Previous mentorship, coaching, or advisory experience with early-stage or growth-stage enterprises.
- A passion for sustainable development, local content, and women- and youth-led businesses.
- Willingness to commit a modest number of hours each month over 12 months — virtually, in person, or both.
- Strong communicators who can meet mentees where they are.
