Why Mentor

Make a Lasting Impact

As an eMiner mentor, you’ll directly shape how Zambia’s artisanal mining sector grows — more sustainable, inclusive, and competitive.

Transform Livelihoods

Guide small-scale miners and greentech entrepreneurs as they formalise, scale, and adopt greener, more efficient practices.

Share What You Know

Apply your decades of experience — business development, finance, policy, technology, ESG — to real challenges on the ground.

Expand Your Network

Connect with corporate partners, EU-backed programmes, fellow experts, and a growing community of changemakers across Africa.

Learn by Teaching

Broaden your perspective on circular economy, gender inclusion, and emerging green industries alongside peer mentors.

Be Recognised

Join a handpicked cohort of 50 mentors within a EUR 22.7 M EU-funded flagship programme (GREENTech4CE).

Advance the Mission

Contribute to transformative change in one of Africa’s most promising but underserved sectors — artisanal and small-scale mining.
