KCM Supplier Development Programme
This questionnaire is a comprehensive assessment tool designed to gather detailed information about your company's profile, operations, capabilities, and development needs. It forms the foundation of the KCM Supplier Development Programme and will directly inform the design of training modules, mentoring arrangements, and support services tailored to address real supplier challenges in Zambia's mining sector.
The questionnaire should be completed by the business owner, manager, or authorized representative who has detailed knowledge of the company's operations, finances, and capabilities. For larger companies, you may need to consult with different department heads to provide accurate information across all business areas. The more accurate and detailed your responses, the more beneficial the programme support will be.
All information you provide is strictly confidential. Individual company data will never be shared with KCM, competitors, or any third party without your explicit written permission. Only aggregated, anonymized data will be used in reports and analyses.
This questionnaire helps us understand your business, capabilities, challenges, and support needs. Your honest responses will help us design a Supplier Development Programme that truly meets your needs and supports your growth to serve KCM and other mining sector clients. This is not a test or assessment for rejection — it is a tool to help us understand how best to support you.
Your responses are confidential and will be used only for programme design, supplier selection, and monitoring. Individual company data will not be shared with KCM or others without your explicit written permission. MSCS and Jacaranda Hub are bound by confidentiality agreements and professional ethics standards.
Complete the questionnaire by filling in all sections as accurately as possible. Once submitted, your responses will be reviewed by the programme team. For assistance during completion, please contact the MSCS or Jacaranda Hub team.
