Intensive Training
You will undergo extensive preparation to step into the role of a facilitator, coach, and changemaker. This isn't just about personal development; it's about learning how to transfer knowledge effectively.
Community Deployment
After training, you return to your community with a clear mission: to empower your peers and local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). With a focus on supporting 70% women, you will help business owners master the essentials for growth — including soft skills, business fundamentals, practical digital tools, and self-confidence.

About the Going Beyond Project
This initiative is made possible through the Going Beyond — Partnering for a Youth-Led Future project. This is a strategic partnership between DOT and the Mastercard Foundation aimed at scaling DOT's evidence-based, peer-to-peer model.
Executed across four African countries — Côte d'Ivoire, Malawi, Zambia, and Tanzania — this five-year project is supported by DOT regional hubs in Africa. The mission is bold: to progressively transfer the responsibility of delivering programs to the youth themselves, equipping a new generation to act as leaders of the future.
