CEO’S MESSAGE

This time last year, none of us could have predicted how much
our world would change but together we have continued to
face the great Challenges and together we delivered. Just
As kamala Harris jumped for joy and said “we did it Joe” I’m
jumping and saying we did it team! It has Been yet another
amazing year for Jacaranda Hub with incredible opportunities ,
Impact Stories, and developments. Congratulations are in order
for our organization as we will be the hosts of AfriLabs Annual
gathering 2022 and it will be the first ever in Southern Africa
,not to mention more of our big achievements thus far, being
country Partner for UNIDO’S OYA (Opportunities for youth in
Africa) and THE ITC’s (INTERNATIONAL TRADE CENTRE) YE
COMMUNITY as anchor for the Zambian chapter.

We are also the global partner for the global startup awards. We
were also blessed with a visit from the Minister of Technology
and Science Hon Felix Chipota Mutati and his team in October
where it was acknowledged by the Ministry that, “Zambians
are definitely already building a foundation for digital and
technological advancement, it is a very big encouragement
to the government and they will continue to pledge support
to private owned organizations”. Our team’s adaptability
continued to bear fruits even beyond the very real and tangible
help we gave out.
Moving from 2021 with a theme of positioning for wealth and
heading towards 2022 with our HARVEST theme,Jacaranda
Hub will be placing itself in more paths for opportunities ready
and able to harvest, extract, and leverage opportunities when
they show up. We believe that positioning that creates wealth
involves three things: a pathwhere opportunities flow, your
position on that path and your ability to extract and leverage
opportunities when they show up. Thus, for positioning to
work for you, something of value must be flowing your way.
We all need to understand the difference between hustling and
positioning for wealth ,hustling is good, but lets have a mindset
of being in the path of opportunity flow as we go into the new
year
